Pain-free
Our personalized consultation is aimed at people with acute or chronic complaints following injuries, operations, or without a known cause. In the biomechanical analysis, we get to the root of your complaints and develop a tailor-made plan to help you become pain-free again and improve your quality of life.
Biomechanics
Intensive weekend
(February 27 - March 1)
Do you have a long journey ahead of you and want to tackle your biomechanics topics in a compact, intensive, and effective way?
Then our intensive biomechanics weekend is just the thing for you.
First steps toward a pain-free everyday life
1. Free initial consultation
We talk about who you are, where you come from, and where you want to go. For this phase, you should compile a detailed résumé of your life so far, highlighting the following points:
- Activities during your childhood and youth
- Activities in adulthood
- Acute and chronic complaints
- Intolerances/allergies (food, chemicals, etc.)
- injuries
- Chronic musculoskeletal disorders
- Chronic systemic complaints
- All relevant findings
- operations
- sleep quality
- Stress levels in recent years
- objectives
2. Biomechanical analysis
The biomechanical analysis records your current condition. It is designed so that during the tests, you yourself can experience how you feel weakness or pain in certain positions and how, after treatment or specific exercises, you no longer feel this pain or suddenly have significantly more strength. This test/retest process allows you to actively participate while we work together to develop your individual plan.
- Measurement of muscle tone in all primary and stabilizing muscles and tendons
- Assessment of the mobility and stability of all joints
- Test/retest procedure to select the appropriate exercises and measures
- Evaluation of your analysis and recommendations on what the next steps should be.
3. Cooperation or recommendations
After the analysis, we will discuss whether it makes sense to work together. If we suspect that your complaints are not caused by biomechanical problems, we will refer you to experts in other fields. If we decide together that it makes sense to work together, the minimum consultation period of three months will begin.
