2. Biomechanical analysis
In a 2.5-hour session, we assess your current physical condition. The analysis is designed so that during the test, you yourself can experience which positions and movements reveal your weaknesses and where there is potential for improving your performance. After targeted treatments or exercises, you will immediately feel the difference and recognize how you can develop your full potential.
3. Personal training program or recommendations
After the screening, we will discuss together whether it makes sense to work together.
If we determine that your athletic goals or challenges are not primarily influenced by biomechanical factors, we will refer you to experts in other fields.
If we decide together that working together makes sense and you feel convinced by our conversation and the biomechanical analysis, the minimum consultation period of three months will begin.

After strenuous competitions or after four weeks at the latest, a new biomechanical analysis is carried out and your program is adjusted based on your new values. Your plan remains tailored to your individual needs at all times.
