General Terms and Conditions for Continuing Education with Alexander Schenk

 

  1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are binding for all contracts and services provided by Alexander Schenk. Any deviating provisions on the part of the participants require the express written consent of Alexander Schenk.

 

  1. contract conclusion

A contractual relationship is established upon written confirmation of registration by Alexander Schenk after the participant has submitted the registration form or completed and submitted the online form. All data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policy.

 

  1. payment terms

The participation fee must be paid after receipt of the invoice and before the start of the training. Details regarding the payment deadline and possible installment payments will be specified in the invoice. If the fees are not paid by the due date, the entire outstanding amount will become due immediately.

 

  1. service description

The training services comprise the published and described content. Alexander Schenk reserves the right to make minor changes to the services if necessary.

 

  1. Copyright and rights of use

The specialist knowledge imparted during the training is intended exclusively for use in a professional context. The disclosure of training content to third parties without the prior written consent of Alexander Schenk is prohibited. All teaching materials are protected by copyright.

 

  1. limitation of liability

Alexander Schenk is not liable for the unauthorized use of the techniques and exercises learned. Liability in cases of force majeure leading to the cancellation or postponement of training modules is excluded.

 

  1. termination

In the event of a breach of the General Terms and Conditions, Alexander Schenk may terminate the contract without notice.

 

  1. right of withdrawal

Participants may revoke their contractual declaration in writing within two weeks without stating reasons. The period begins upon receipt of the General Terms and Conditions. In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned.

 

  1. data protection

Alexander Schenk undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Participants' personal data will only be collected, processed, and used within the scope of contract execution.

 

  1. jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Alexander Schenk, to the extent permitted by law.

 

  1. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.










General Terms and Conditions for Pain Counseling and Sports Counseling at Alexander Schenk

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all consulting services provided by Alexander Schenk in the context of pain management and sports consulting. They govern the contractual relationship between Alexander Schenk and his clients.

 

  1. consulting services

Alexander Schenk offers biomechanical consultations aimed at improving clients' understanding of how their bodies work and providing support in optimizing their biomechanical processes. These services do not include medical diagnoses and are not intended to replace medical treatment.

 

  1. No promises of healing

The consulting services provided by Alexander Schenk do not constitute medical treatment. No promises of healing are made. Clients with persistent or severe pain are advised to consult a physician or other qualified medical professional.

 

  1. contract conclusion

A contract is concluded as soon as a client makes use of Alexander Schenk's consulting services and these services are provided in accordance with the agreement. The details of the consultation are determined before the session begins.

 

  1. Disclaimer

Alexander Schenk's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Alexander Schenk is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract.

 

  1. remuneration

Remuneration for consulting services is based on the agreements made with the client. Payment for services is made after invoicing, which is carried out after the services have been rendered. 

 

  1. data protection

Clients' personal data is handled in strict compliance with data protection regulations and is only processed and used to the extent necessary.

 

  1. termination

Contracts may be terminated in writing by either party with four weeks' notice to the end of the month. Amounts already paid for services not used will be refunded at the client's request.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the registered office of Alexander Schenk, unless otherwise required by law.
